Wren App Privacy Policy

1. Introduction & Privacy Commitment

Welcome to Wren, the physics-driven photo editing tool built on real-world convex and concave mirror optical rules. We care deeply about protecting your privacy and creative ownership, and we designed this policy to be as transparent and simple as possible - no hidden fine print, no confusing legal jargon.

Our core principle is that your content and personal data belong exclusively to you. We built Wren to operate with minimal data collection, so you can focus on creating stunning distorted visuals, surreal portraits, and unique social content without worrying about your information being shared, sold, or misused.

2. Information We Never Collect

We intentionally built Wren to work without requiring any personal data from you to access full functionality. The following data will never be collected, stored, or shared by our team:

• Personal identifiable information: No account registration, name, email address, phone number, or other personal details are required to use 100% of Wren's editing features. You can start creating the second you download the app with zero data submission.
• Your creative content: All image processing happens 100% locally on your device. We never upload, store, scan, or analyze any photos you import into Wren, whether they are portraits, landscape shots, screenshots, or casual snapshots. You retain full ownership of all content you create with Wren, and we never claim any rights to your work.
• Usage tracking data: We do not track your in-app activity, collect data about the mirror presets you use, monitor your editing habits, or build user profiles for advertising or third-party purposes.
• Sensitive device data: We never collect your location information, contact lists, full album scans, or device identifiers. The only permission we request is access to your photo library for you to voluntarily choose images to edit - we never scan or access files you do not explicitly select.

3. Limited Data We Collect Only With Your Explicit Consent

We only collect data in two very limited scenarios, both entirely optional and controlled by you:

• Voluntary support communications: If you choose to reach out to our team via email for bug reports, feature requests, or general questions, we will only receive the contact information and content you voluntarily include in your message. We use this data exclusively to respond to your request, never for marketing purposes, and never share it with third parties.
• Anonymous crash reports: You can opt in to send anonymous technical reports if the app experiences a crash. These reports only include non-identifiable information: app version, device model, operating system version, and technical error logs. They contain no personal information, are not linked to your identity, and are only used to fix bugs and improve app stability.

4. Third-Party Service Disclosures

We work with minimal third-party services, and all of them are bound to strict privacy standards:

• App store platforms: If you purchase any optional premium Wren features, all payment processing is handled directly by the app store you downloaded Wren from. We never receive your payment card information, billing address, or other payment details.
• No advertising partners: Wren is completely ad-free. We do not work with any third-party advertising networks, and there is no ad tracking running in the app at any time.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not store any of your personal data or creative content by default, you do not need to submit formal requests to access, correct, or delete your information - we simply do not have any data associated with your identity.

If you have previously contacted us via support email, you can request full deletion of all your correspondence records at any time by sending a message to 23hduwren28h@zohomail.cn. We will complete all deletion requests within 3 working days, with no additional verification required.

6. Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy occasionally as Wren evolves and adds new features. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy in the app with a clear summary of what has changed, at least 7 days before the new policy takes effect. For significant changes that impact your privacy rights, we will show a prominent in-app notification before the update goes live.

We will never make changes to this policy that reduce your privacy protections without clear advance notice and explanation. If you continue using Wren after the updated policy takes effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised terms.
